- A DevDex tool that does not behave as documented.

- An inaccurate or unclear guide, legal page, or other public statement.

How to send a useful report
For technical issues, provide enough context to reproduce the problem while removing confidential information. Helpful details include:
- The page or tool name and its URL.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Steps that consistently reproduce the problem.
- Browser name and version, device type, and operating system.
- A redacted screenshot or a minimal non-sensitive example, when useful.
Protect sensitive information
Do not send passwords, authentication cookies, private keys, access tokens, unredacted JWTs, payment details, production database records, confidential client data, or other secrets. DevDex does not need your real production content to investigate most tool issues.
If you are reporting a security concern, describe the issue without exploiting it, accessing data that is not yours, disrupting the service, or publicly disclosing sensitive details before DevDex has a reasonable opportunity to review the report.
What to expect
Messages may be reviewed and retained as reasonably needed to respond, track an issue, prevent abuse, or meet applicable obligations. DevDex may request clarification, but does not promise a particular response time, resolution, feature, refund, or individual reply to every message.
